The approach adopted here is trans-generational, multi-disciplinary and international.
The exhibition will be made up of 20 spaces. Each space will be devoted to the work of a contemporary author, as well as his 'personal museum': comic strips that the author used to read as a kid (and thus the comics that inspired them to work in the same field) and the graphic sources underpinning their work.

The exhibition will pay most attention to modern-day comics creation and tries to answer the following question: How do we define a Belgian comic strip?

This exhibition highlights the important role of many Jewish artists and authors in the world of comics by means of 230 works and documents: original drawings, archives…

Authors reconstruct stories linked to the Holocaust, such as Art Spiegelman in 'Maus'. During the 90s Giardino looks into the fate of the European Jews; Zentner and Pellejero introduce the figure of the Golem, in the context of the Jewish immigration in Argentina, and Sfar deals with the Jewish tradition and history in 'Le Petit Monde du golem' or 'The Rabbi's Cat'.
